The order is not important of the 8, except for the last one is always Whole Body Stretch, so your body is warmed up enough to do this one comfortably.
Use your breathe to time your movements: In General, during the In-Breath, you rise tall stretching upward through your core. Then tuck your belly button toward spine, or think of starting to sit with the hips to tuck the tailbone under. Perform the Action during the Out-Breath. In breathe is an opportunity to tighten your lower abs and pelvic floor.
